Ingredients
8 large jalapeños, halved lengthwise and deseeded
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

Spoon or pipe the filling generously into each jalapeño half.

In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter.

Sprinkle the buttery panko mixture on top of each stuffed jalapeño.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until jalapeños are tender and tops are golden and crispy.
