Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter (unsweetened and xylitol-free)
1/4 cup water
Instructions

Blend the ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine bananas, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Pour into molds:
Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or small paper cups. -
Freeze:
Place in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully frozen. -
