Description

Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Wonton Bites are crispy, creamy, and totally crave-worthy. Each bite is packed with rich cream cheese, sweet strawberries, and a hint of vanilla, all wrapped in a golden, crunchy wonton shell. These fun dessert bites are perfect for parties, holidays, or just a sweet treat any day.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 20 wonton wrappers

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

  • Strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in strawberries and vanilla extract.

  • Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal.

  • Heat 2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).

  • Fry wontons in small batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure wontons are sealed well to avoid filling leakage.

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
