Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

20 wonton wrappers

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in strawberries and vanilla extract.

Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal.

Heat 2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Fry wontons in small batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
