Instructions

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in diced strawberries and strawberry jam if using.

Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with beaten egg, then fold into triangles or pouches, pressing firmly to seal completely.
