Ingredients

1 cup cooked ham, diced

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)

5 large eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
2. Layer the Filling

Spread diced ham evenly across the bottom of the dish.

Sprinkle Swiss cheese and green onions (if using) over the ham.
3. Whisk the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk (or cream), salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard if using.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
4. Bake the Quiche

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Swap Swiss for Gruyère or cheddar for a flavor twist.
