Description

Enjoy ultimate comfort food with this easy Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles recipe! Tender beef simmered in a rich, savory sauce with onion soup, gravy, and creamy mushroom soup, served over buttery egg noodles — the perfect cozy, hands-off dinner for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat (or 2 lbs for extra beefy goodness)

  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

  • 1 packet brown gravy mix

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

  • 3 cups beef broth (or water for a lighter option)

  • 12 oz egg noodles

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot:

    • Place the stew meat in the crockpot.

    • Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix and brown gravy mix over the meat.

  • Add Soup and Broth:

    • Pour the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth (or water) over the beef.

    • Stir lightly to combine.

  • Cook:

    • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours, until beef is tender.

  • Cook the Noodles:

    • About 20-30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Combine:

    • Stir the cooked egg noodles into the crockpot.

    • Let everything cook together for an additional 10-15 minutes.

  • Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or a splash of red wine to the crockpot before cooking.

  • Substitute with whole wheat egg noodles for a healthier twist.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
