Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 pound ground breakfast sausage, cooked and drained

1 1/2 cups Bisquick

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, thawed hash browns, and Bisquick.

Scoop or roll mixture into 1 ½-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
