Description

These Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites are a delicious blend of hashbrowns, breakfast sausage, and cheddar cheese—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as an easy appetizer. Baked until golden and crisp, they’re a crowd-pleasing finger food!


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage, cooked and drained

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, thawed hash browns, and Bisquick.

  • Scoop or roll mixture into 1 ½-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
