Ingredients

Instructions

Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Scoop about ¼ cup of the mixture and flatten into a patty. Carefully place into the hot skillet.
