Description

This Creamy One-Pot Cajun Chicken Linguine with Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a flavorful, comforting dish featuring tender chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and a bold, creamy Cajun garlic sauce—all made in one pot for easy cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 12 oz linguine pasta

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

  • Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pot, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add linguine pasta directly to the pot. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Once pasta is tender, stir in Parmesan cheese and return chicken to the pot.

  • Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked chicken for an even quicker meal.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning for preferred spice level.

  • Add spinach or bell peppers for extra color and nutrients.
