- 1 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Base – In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Add the Flavor – Stir in the chopped green and black olives, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Chill & Serve – Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4️⃣ Garnish & Enjoy – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies.
