Description

This Creamy Noodles Romanoff is a rich and satisfying side or meatless main made with tender pasta, tangy sour cream, cream cheese, and nutty Parmesan. Packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes, it’s the ultimate comfort food classic!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti recommended)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 16 oz sour cream

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

  • Add sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir to combine and heat gently until warmed through.
