Ingredients

12 oz elbow macaroni or cavatappi pasta

1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt, to taste

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add chicken. Season with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in honey, coating the chicken evenly. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Add heavy cream to the pan, bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat.
