6 large flour tortillas

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.

In a bowl, mix heavy cream with butter until smooth.

Spread cream mixture on tortillas. Add chicken mixture to center of each.

Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups, sprinkle with mozzarella.
