Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and sauté for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce: In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.

  • Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return chicken to skillet and mix well to coat with sauce. Heat through.

  • Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat and add a layer of fresh spinach or lettuce. Spoon in the creamy cheesy chicken mixture.
