Description

Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo is the ultimate comfort food—tender strips of seasoned steak nestled in a spicy, velvety Alfredo sauce, tossed with fettuccine for a satisfying and indulgent meal. This bold and creamy pasta dish is perfect for weeknights or cozy dinners, ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced into strips

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water per package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and half the Cajun seasoning. Sear for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and onion, sautéing until translucent (2–3 minutes). Stir in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and add Parmesan and remaining Cajun seasoning. Mix until smooth.

  • Combine Ingredients: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until coated. Add steak back to the skillet and stir to combine.

  • Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
