Ingredients
Cowboy Butter:

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken + Pasta:

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

250g linguine

Olive oil

Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and let it sizzle until fragrant.

Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and chopped parsley. Let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes.
