Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.

  • Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.

  • Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form crescent rolls.

  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if using.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.

  • Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature

Notes

  • Try adding a spoonful of fruit jam under the cream cheese for a fruity twist.

  • Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a simple glaze after baking for added sweetness.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
