These Chicken Wonton Tacos are a crispy, flavorful fusion of Asian and Mexican cuisines! Tender chicken tossed in stir fry sauce and sesame ginger dressing is tucked into crispy wonton shells for the ultimate bite-sized appetizer or dinner.
Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup stir fry sauce

1/4 cup sesame ginger dressing

12-16 wonton wrappers

1 cup shredded coleslaw mix

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Cooking spray or oil, for baking/frying
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.

Press wonton wrappers into the cups of the muffin tin to form small taco shells. Bake for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces until no longer pink.

Add stir fry sauce and sesame ginger dressing to the chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Fill each wonton shell with cooked chicken.

Top with coleslaw mix, green onions, cilantro, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
