6-8 slices of ham

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
-
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Layer the Meatloaf: Press half of the chicken mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Layer ham slices on top, sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, and spread Dijon mustard evenly over the cheese.

Add Cheese Topping: Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until melted and bubbly.

Notes
-
Swap Swiss for Gruyère for a deeper flavor.
-
Use turkey instead of chicken for a different protein.
-
