8 oz cooked ham, diced
-
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or a mix of Swiss and mozzarella)
-
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

-
1/2 cup milk

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ham, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add cooked pasta or serve over rice for a more filling dish.
Dijon mustard adds a classic cordon bleu tang but can be omitted.
Great way to use up leftover chicken or holiday ham.
