Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (or about 12 biscuits)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish. If using, sprinkle cheese over the top.

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and layer them evenly over the chicken mixture.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbly.

  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken.

  • Customize veggies based on what’s in your fridge.

  • Top with fresh herbs or a bit of paprika for extra flavor and color.
