Description

These Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos are packed with juicy shredded chicken, creamy avocado, fresh tomatoes, and a tangy ranch dressing, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. A quick, easy, and flavorful meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil or butter, for grilling


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and cilantro (if using).

  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and gently stir to combine without mashing the avocado.

  • Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet to make them more pliable.

  • Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.

  • Roll up the burritos tightly, folding in the sides as you go.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.

  • Grill each burrito seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.

  • Slice in half and serve warm!


Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crispy bacon bits or a few slices of jalapeños.
