Ingredients

For the Fries:

  • 4 large russet potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Steak and Veggies:

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fries:

    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

    • Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into fries.

    • Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    • Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

    • Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Cook the Steak:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add ribeye slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–5 minutes.

    • Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Sauté Vegetables:

    • In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers for 3–4 minutes.

    • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Assemble the Fries:

    • Place baked fries on a serving platter.

    • Top with steak, sautéed vegetables, and garlic.

    • Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Garnish and Serve:

    • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley.

    • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crisp fries, soak potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.

  • Substitute ribeye with sirloin or leftover steak if desired.
