Ingredients
For the Fries:

4 large russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Steak and Veggies:

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Cheese Topping:

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Prepare the Fries:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into fries.

Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ribeye slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–5 minutes.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables:

In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers for 3–4 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Assemble the Fries:

Place baked fries on a serving platter.
