Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.

Brush each triangle with garlic butter.

Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the triangles.

Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
