Description

These Irresistible Cheesy Garlic Butter Crescent Rollups are the perfect combination of gooey melted cheese, flaky crescent dough, and rich garlic butter—ideal for party appetizers, after-school snacks, or a side dish to any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.

  • Brush each triangle with garlic butter.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the triangles.

  • Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
