Description

This Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta is the ultimate comfort food mashup—juicy ground beef, crispy bacon, melty cheddar and mozzarella, and tender pasta all wrapped in a creamy, savory sauce. Quick and hearty, it’s like your favorite cheeseburger in pasta form!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 12 oz pasta of your choice (e.g., penne, rotini, or shells)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.

  4. Add beef broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Simmer for 3–5 minutes to blend flavors.

  5. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

  6. Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet. Mix until everything is well-coated in the cheesy sauce.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy the cheeseburger magic!

Notes

  • Try adding pickles or a splash of ketchup for an authentic cheeseburger vibe.

  • Use pasta shells or rotini to hold more of the cheesy sauce.

  • Can be made ahead and reheated—great for meal prep!
