1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon pepper
-
1 cup beef broth
-
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
-
Cook the Tortellini: Boil tortellini per package directions, then drain and set aside.

Caramelize the Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and golden.
-
Cook the Beef: Add cubed steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
-
Make the Sauce: Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
-
Add the Cheese: Lower the heat, add provolone, and stir until the cheese melts into a rich sauce.
-
Combine with Tortellini: Add cooked tortellini and stir gently to coat with sauce.
-
Serve: Serve hot, garnished with extra provolone if desired.
Notes
-
For extra cheesiness, mix in mozzarella or a cheese blend.
-
Ribeye works wonderfully for flavor, but sirloin is a leaner choice.
-
Serve with a green salad or crusty bread for a full meal.
