500 g large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Roasted Broccoli:

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Prepare the Salmon:

Pat salmon fillets dry and rub with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, flip, and cook another 3–4 minutes.

Add butter and honey for caramelization during the last minute.

Cook the Shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Add butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Stir until coated.

Roast the Broccoli:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until crisp-tender.
