  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  • Stir in ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until fully browned.

  • Season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir in tomato paste, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar (if using).

  • Simmer on low for 5–10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and sauce to thicken.

  • Spoon the mixture onto burger buns and serve hot.
