Ingredients

For the Salmon Bites:

  • 4 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 12 oz linguine pasta

→ For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Salmon Bites

  1. Toss salmon pieces with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Honey Butter Sauce
3. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and add honey.
4. Let it bubble and thicken for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add salmon back in and coat with sauce. Set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta
6. Boil linguine in salted water per package instructions (9–11 minutes).
7. Drain and set aside.

Step 4: Prepare the Creamy Sauce
8. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.
9. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
10. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth.

Step 5: Combine and Serve
11. Toss cooked linguine in the cream sauce until well coated.
12. Gently fold in the honey butter salmon bites.
13. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • For extra heat, add crushed red pepper flakes to the creamy sauce.
