Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.

  4. Assemble the lasagna:

    • Spread a layer of noodles on the bottom of the dish.

    • Spoon and spread some of the ricotta mixture, followed by buffalo chicken, then sprinkle with mozzarella.

    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mozzarella on top.

  5. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top layer.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
