Description

These Breakfast Sliders with Sausage and Scrambled Eggs are the ultimate morning treat! Fluffy scrambled eggs, juicy sausage, and melty cheese nestled in soft slider buns—brushed with honey or maple syrup for a sweet-savory twist. A quick and satisfying breakfast perfect for families, brunches, or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 6 slider buns

  • 6 breakfast sausage patties

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • Honey or maple syrup, for brushing buns

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties until browned and fully cooked through. Set aside.

  2. Scramble the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, then pour in the eggs. Gently scramble until soft and fluffy.

  3. Assemble the Sliders:
Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keeping tops connected). Place bottoms in a baking dish or on a tray. Layer with sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese (if using). Top with bun lids.

  4. Brush and Warm:
Lightly brush tops with honey or maple syrup. Warm sliders in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, until buns are slightly toasted and cheese is melted.

  5. Serve:
Serve warm, optionally with extra syrup on the side for dipping!
