Ingredients

1 pound sausage

1 1/2 ounces pork gravy mix (1 package Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

6 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 can refrigerated biscuits (not listed but typically used – about 8 biscuits)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Prepare the sausage gravy according to the package instructions.

Cut biscuits into quarters and spread evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.

Top with cooked sausage, then pour the prepared gravy over the sausage.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the casserole.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
