- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for a crispy topping)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (if using breadcrumbs)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Drain any excess grease.
