Ingredients
For the Chicken:

1 lb chicken breasts, cubed

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Skewers (soaked in water if using wooden skewers)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon honey
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Assemble the Skewers: Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers, keeping sizes uniform.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.

Cook – Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

Cook – Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake skewers on parchment-lined tray for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Sauce and Serve: Brush warm skewers with bang bang sauce. Serve with extra sauce on the side if desired.
