Description

Banana Split Fluff is a creamy, fruity dessert salad packed with all your favorite banana split flavors—bananas, strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. It’s the ultimate no-bake treat for potlucks, parties, and summer gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant banana pudding mix

  • 1 (40 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

  • 1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed

  • 3 large ripe bananas, sliced

  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained well (reserve some for topping)

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts or walnuts (plus extra for topping)

  • Whipped cream, for topping

  • Sprinkles, for topping


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the banana pudding mix and undrained crushed pineapple until well blended.

  • Fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.

  • Gently mix in sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips, and nuts.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, reserved cherries, extra chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and sprinkles.


Notes

  • For best results, serve the same day you make it to prevent bananas from browning.

  • Substitute Greek yogurt or homemade whipped cream for Cool Whip if preferred.

  • Use rainbow marshmallows for a fun twist.
