Description

This no-bake Oreos Cookies and Cream Delight is a dreamy dessert with a crunchy Oreo crust, a rich and fluffy cream cheese filling, and layers of whipped cream and crushed cookies. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or any time you’re craving a creamy, chocolatey treat!


Ingredients

Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies

  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 cups (480ml) cold heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Topping:

  • Extra whipped cream (for piping)

  • Whole Oreo cookies (for garnish)

  • Oreo crumbs (for the sides)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:

    • Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs.

    • Mix with melted butter until fully combined.

    • Press mixture firmly into the base of an 8-inch springform pan.

    • Freeze for 15 minutes to set.

  2. Make the Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

    • Add granulated sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy and well combined.

    • In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

    • Fold in the roughly chopped Oreo cookies.

  3. Assemble:

    • Spread the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top.

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  4. Decorate and Serve:

    • Pipe whipped cream on top.

    • Garnish with whole Oreos and press Oreo crumbs onto the sides for extra flair.

    • Slice and enjoy chilled!
