2 cups elbow macaroni

3 cups broccoli florets

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Gradually add milk and cream, whisking until smooth. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until cheese is melted.
