These Apple Pie Enchiladas are a delicious dessert mash-up featuring warm spiced apples wrapped in flour tortillas and baked to golden perfection. A quick and easy apple dessert that tastes just like homemade pie—with a fun twist!
Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

3 cups apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

2 tablespoons butter

Optional: caramel sauce or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using).
Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples are tender and mixture is syrupy. Remove from heat.
Spoon the apple mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla, roll up tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Brush tops lightly with melted butter or any remaining syrup from the pan.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until tortillas are slightly crisp and golden.
Serve warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce or a dollop of whipped cream.
