Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury)

2 cups (300g) apple pie filling

1 teaspoon (5g) ground cinnamon

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon (15ml) vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine apple pie filling and cinnamon; stir well.

Roll Out the Biscuits: Open biscuit cans, separate, and flatten each biscuit to ¼ inch thick.

Fill the Biscuits: Add about 1 tablespoon of apple filling to the center of each biscuit.
