Description

These Air Fryer Nutella Bombs are quick, golden, and gooey bites of heaven! Made with biscuit dough and filled with rich Nutella, they crisp up beautifully in the air fryer in under 10 minutes—perfect for last-minute desserts or indulgent snacks.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits (not flaky layers)
  • 1 cup Nutella (about 280g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Prep Biscuits:
Separate each biscuit into 2 layers (total of 16 rounds). Flatten each round to about 4 inches wide.
  • Add Nutella:
Spoon 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each round. Avoid overfilling.
  • Seal:
Gather edges over the filling, pinch tightly to seal, and roll gently into smooth balls.
  • Butter Brush:
Brush melted butter on all sides of each bomb.
  • Air Fry:
Spray air fryer basket with oil. Place bombs in, spaced apart. Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 7–8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool & Finish:
Let cool for 3–5 minutes (filling will be hot!). Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
  • Serve:
Enjoy warm for the ultimate gooey Nutella experience!

Notes

  • Try filling a few with peanut butter or fruit preserves for variety.
  • Best served fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes
