Description

This Air Fryer Meatloaf is juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make with a perfectly caramelized glaze on top. A classic comfort food made quicker in the air fryer, it’s ideal for busy weeknights or cozy dinners without heating up the whole kitchen.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket, leaving space around the edges for airflow.
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  • Carefully place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Open the basket, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf, and cook for another 10–15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease in the air fryer.
  • Great served with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
