This Air Fryer Meatloaf is juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make with a perfectly caramelized glaze on top. A classic comfort food made quicker in the air fryer, it’s ideal for busy weeknights or cozy dinners without heating up the whole kitchen.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket, leaving space around the edges for airflow.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half over the top of the meatloaf.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Carefully place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Open the basket, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf, and cook for another 10–15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease in the air fryer.
- Great served with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
