Description

These strawberry yogurt bites are an easy and healthy frozen snack made with just yogurt, fresh strawberries, and granola. Perfect for a light breakfast, post-workout treat, or kid-friendly snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1/2 cup granola (use your favorite variety)

Instructions

  • Assemble the Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold. Add about 1 tablespoon of yogurt to each cup.

  • Add Strawberries: Top with diced strawberries, pressing them slightly into the yogurt.

  • Add Granola: Sprinkle granola over each cup and gently press down so it sticks.

  • Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.

  • Serve: Pop bites out and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Notes

  • Swap vanilla yogurt for flavored or plant-based yogurt for variety.

  • Add a drizzle of honey before freezing for extra sweetness.

  • These make great bite-sized treats for kids or a post-workout snack.
