These strawberry yogurt bites are an easy and healthy frozen snack made with just yogurt, fresh strawberries, and granola. Perfect for a light breakfast, post-workout treat, or kid-friendly snack!
Ingredients

1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1/2 cup granola (use your favorite variety)
Instructions

Assemble the Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold. Add about 1 tablespoon of yogurt to each cup.

Add Strawberries: Top with diced strawberries, pressing them slightly into the yogurt.

Add Granola: Sprinkle granola over each cup and gently press down so it sticks.

Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.

Serve: Pop bites out and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
