Ingredients
For the Batter:
• 250 g full-fat ricotta cheese (well-drained)
• 100 g granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 60 ml limoncello liqueur
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 60 g all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
For Finishing:
• Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
